Thank you for visiting the centralized information source for the 818 Land Trust. Here you will find communication, correspondence, legal research and many other resources related to the activities and coverage of our trust.
The 818 Land Trust owns a parcel of land between Bigelow Drive and Tiki Drive in Holiday, Florida. The tax deed to this parcel was legally purchased from the Pasco County Clerk of Court in March of 2008. Here is an aerial view provided by the Pasco County Property appraiser; Our neighboring property owners have been storing their belongings on this parcel and refusing to allow us access. Some of these neighboring homeowners have sections of our property fenced off and are denying access to the rightful, legal owners of the property, the 818-239-2215 Land Trust. We have sent several letters, some via certified mail and/or delivery confirmation notifying our neighbors that we own this land and expect access to be granted and our rights as property owners to be upheld and respected. Because our neighbors have seemed to express an interest in using our property as an extension of their yards we offered to rent this property to them for $30.00 per month per neighbor. These neighbors have refused to vacate our property or offer any compensation of any kind for its use. We are open to an affordable land lease arrangement with any of our neighbors interested in using this land. |

| Unless other arrangements are made, we intend to vehemently defend our rights as the legal owners of this parcel of real estate. Here is a list of addresses 9 adjoining properties who's and/or occupants seem to seem to expect to be able to use our land free of charge. The most severe, blatant offender is; Samuel Dennewitz, 2643 Almond Dr, Holiday, FL, 34691 He is using a shed located on our property as his own. Through scare tactics and threats he has prevented our associates from removing this shed from our property. If you need a shed, or would like to take this shed to the recycler and keep the proceeds we encourage you to contact us to make arrangements to do so. |
